Brianna Johnston Hanks is an Associate Attorney at Linn, Schisel and DeMarco. In addition to her practice in guardianships, adoptions, and juvenile court dependency cases, Brianna also acts as a guardian ad litem in dependencies, custody disputes, and guardianships. Brianna takes cases in King County and local tribal courts.

Brianna earned her B.A. from the University of Washington and her J.D. from Seattle University, graduating cum laude in 2015. A California native, she has lived in the Seattle area since 2006. Brianna enjoys bad puns, running, baking, reading, and making the most of Pacific Northwest summers at local beaches. She volunteers over 50 hours per year at her children’s schools, in addition to other volunteer roles. Brianna’s professional memberships include: Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Muckleshoot Tribal Bar, Snoqualmie Tribal Bar, Washington Women Lawyers, and Mother Attorney Mentoring Association-Seattle.
